Located 600 feet from the hotel, El Escalon was a good choice to eat. Best venue experience. In love with jaime i. Consider staying here if you plan to visit Territorio Dinopolis...

The hotel is located on a charming town square, providing a picturesque and tranquil setting. The restaurant offers excellent food in a delightful dining area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service.
The bathroom in the hotel room was cramped and claustrophobic.

Our room overlooked the square so we were able to sit on the balcony and watch village life. The evening meal in the hotel was excellent quality and good value. We couldn't fault the service and friendliness of staff. Not new or modern but overall one of the nicest village hotels that we have stayed in. If we are travelling in this area again we will definitely stop here.

This hotel is located right in the center of town, on the town square, giving it a charming and convenient location. With rooms overlooking the square and even offering balconies, guests can enjoy a lovely view and breathe in the fresh cool air. The staff at this hotel is young and committed to providing a high standard of service, making sure that every guest's needs are met.
The breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of options.

Very friendly & helpful staff with a good restaurant with central location in the old square of the beautiful historic town. Great location for the dual ski slopes both about 25KM away.
Noise from adjoining rooms (scraping of chairs on solid floors & from voices via interlinked bathroom ventilation).

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was the stunning view from our room's balcony, overlooking the castle and the charming town square below. It was a delightful experience to relax on the balcony and soak in the beautiful surroundings.
The noise from the town square and the terrace tables of the hotel could be quite disruptive, especially late into the night. the parking space was a bit far from the hotel, although there was ample parking available.

Excellent service with strong management involvement. The restaurant food quality was excellent at a good price
The parking situation is complex but there is not much it can be done about it since it is located in the heart of the medieval part of town

Well situated, friendly staff, possibility of a good diner. The last is important as there is not much available within walking distance.
During a holiday you have to eat out many times: we usually try to find (simple) meals between 10 and 15 euros per person. So we find the choice of one meal for 16,50 euros a person not enough choice and the price is a bit high to our standards (pensionistas). My wife missed a hairdryer and a bidet, but we realise a bidet needs some extra space and will effect the price of the room.

The hotel's position was perfect, right on the square of what would on any other weekend be a quite rural village. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and had a balcony with a wonderful view. The breakfast was delicious.
Can't think of anything.

The central location, situated in the main square in traditional hillside small town. The staff were friendly and made an effort over dinner to ensure we had everything we needed. The two rooms we occupied were individual and with interesting outlooks.
The lighting in the main areas was a little too subdued.

Located on the town square, this hotel offers a fantastic view of the bustling heart of the village. The rooms, including those with balconies, are spotlessly clean and well laid out. The staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure guests have a comfortable stay.
All aspects were satisfactory.
